Terms and Conditions

WHOLESALE PRICES: Prices are listed by item name and SKU number. All prices are in US Dollars, FOB Springfield, Missouri and are subject to change without notice.

OPENING ORDER REQUIREMENT: An initial opening order of $2500 minimum is required for wholesale pricing, with $500 minimum on reorders.

PLACING ORDERS: Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via our dealer portal at www.jkmhome.com/dealer, email to service@jkmhome.com or fax to 417-869-9091. We cannot accept phone orders.   For questions or other inquiries, please contact customer service at service@jkmhome.com. Orders written as HFC (Hold For Confirmation) at markets or with a rep will remain valid for 90 days unless a future ship date is specified. HFCs are entered as quotes and will be cancelled without notification in 90 days.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING TERMS – All orders must be paid via credit card and submitted with the credit card authorization form prior to goods being pulled for shipment. Orders must have the account name, billing address and ship to address clearly shown. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No COD shipments are accepted. JKM Home ships FOB from our Springfield, Missouri warehouse with freight added to the invoice. Unless advised by the purchaser, JKM Home will determine the appropriate shipping mode and carrier. Ship dates are based on availability, with in-stock goods shipping in five to ten working days.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

BACKORDERS: Every effort is made to ship product as quickly as possible, but occasionally items are backordered. As soon as the items become available, they are shipped without notice. If you have any instructions regarding backorders, please indicate when the order is placed.

STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS: Stock orders that are shipped to your commercial address with a dock are billed at a flat shipping rate of 15% of the invoice total. Shipments to a commercial address without a dock, will incur a $50 surcharge in addition to the standard 15% rate. Residential and/or special handling by carrier will incur additional charges.

DROP SHIP ORDERS: Shipments going to any address other than a customer’s own location, warehouse, or receiver will be considered a drop ship and will incur an additional $25 drop ship fee for service plus applicable LTL shipping charges. Standard shipping costs do not apply to drop ship orders. Please contact customer service for a shipping quote. White glove deliveries may also be arranged at additional costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders are sold on “Ex-works” basis. Customers must make all shipping arrangements with their own freight forwarders. International orders require a minimum 50% deposit to reserve merchandise with the balance due prior to shipment. We must also receive proof of export documentation and verification that freight charges have been paid to release the shipment.

RECONSIGNED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Customer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges on reconsigned shipments. All refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways.

DAMAGES: If a shipment arrives with any obvious damage, you are entitled to refuse the damaged portion of the shipment and you must note on the delivery receipt (BOL) exactly what the damage is or boxes missing to be considered for approval. All concealed damages must be reported within three (3) business days or the claim will be denied. Please complete the Damage Claim Form and submit with images to service@jkmhome.com. Any shortages must also be noted on the delivery receipt (BOL) and reported to JKM Home.

RETURNS: No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our Customer Service Department first. All returns for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturer defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges both ways. All merchandise must be returned in original condition for credit.

LIMITED WARRANTY: JKM Home warrants its products for one year from date of sale against defects in materials and workmanship. No warranty is given or implied as it relates to general wear and tear nor to environmental conditions such as humidity extremes that can adversely affect wood furniture and its finishing.

DISCLAIMER: All JKM Home product is handcrafted by artisans and craftsmen. Small irregularities in shape, surface, and finish are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and should not be considered defects. Items may vary in color from the photographs within our catalogs, website and sales material. Specifications and size of individual items are subject to change and may differ slightly from those shown or stated.
